Join Dr Sally Robinson and Dr Nikki Osborne for this LIVE Committees discussing Animal Research Ethics (CARE) webinar exploring "Improving Culture of Care: maximising learning from events"

During this session Sally Robinson (Chair of AWERB for CRUK MI and University of Bristol) will share her experience, as a member of Animal Welfare and Ethical Review Bodies (AWERBs) and head of the animal facility, of using HOP as a philosophy to underpin learning from errors (hereby called events), avoiding blame thus supporting a Culture of Care. The approaches can be applied across equivalent committees (IACUC, AWB).  Sally will also answer any audience questions during a live Q&A.

Attend this webinar to learn about:

- accepting and planning for the fact human error is normal;

- reviewing processes with the staff involved to ensure they reflect reality;
